To manually enter the device address of the printer

3 Type the address of the printer in the Enter Device Address text box and

then tap OK. The keyword -unknown- appears in the Device Name

field in the Current Wireless Printer box. The name of the printer is not

sent to the computer when you manually enter the printer address.

4 Tap Print Test Page. The printer prints out the test page.

To choose the printer from a list of previously discovered printers

1 Make sure you have already performed a Bluetooth device discovery.

Configuring Local Area Networks

Your computer is a versatile mobile computer that easily adds to your wired

or wireless data collection network. You can connect your computer to a

network using:

• USB communications.

• 802.11 radio communications.

1 Select Start > Settings > the Systems tab > Wireless Printing. The

Wireless Printing wizard appears.

2 Tap Manual. The wizard advances to the next screen where you enter

the device address.

2 Select Start > Settings > the Systems tab > Wireless Printing. The

Wireless Printing wizard appears.

3 Tap Set Different Printer. The Devices list appears with the list of

previously discovered printers.

4 Select the printer you want and tap OK.

5 Tap Print Test Page. The printer prints out the test page.
